John, a Capital University and BGSU graduate, is the founder of C2K and the President of The Financial Solutions Network, LLC. He spent 20 years in the education field, serving as a teacher, coach, high school principal, and adjunct professor.
Greg "Radar" Williamson is cofounder of Team Lima, which merged with C2K to provide opportunities for the youth of Northwest Ohio. A graduate of UNOH, Radar is retired from the Ohio Department of Transportation and co owner of Tier One Sports, where he has trained numerous young men and women who have and are playing basketball at the collegiate and professional levels.
Dave Clarke is an entrepreneur in the construction and rental property field in Northwest Ohio. He is currently part owner of Rapid Roof and Restoration. He has always had a deep love for coaching basketball at many different levels and has over 20 years of coaching experience in the NCAA Division 1, community college and the AAU levels.
Joe is a graduate of the University of Colorado where he played basketball and UNOH where he obtained his MBA. Joe has worked in the energy industry for the past 15 years with Marathon Petroleum. He also serves as the Varsity Assistant basketball coach at Lima Senior and has both coached and administered AAU youth basketball programs for many years.
Jerry, a BGSU and University of Dayton graduate, has a unique perspective on youth athletics as he has served as a teacher, coach, athletic director, board member, and executive director of the Ohio High School Athletic Association where he oversaw 24 sports and all tournaments for 815 high schools and over 900 middle schools in Ohio. He currently serves as a course instructor at Ohio University and conducts leadership activities for Ohio youth.
Richard, an educator since 1983, has served as a teacher, coach and principal in the public schools of Ohio. He is the founder of Golden Recruit and the creator of Wobbly Willie Kindness Program. Most recently, Richard created “Gentlemen for Life”, a mentoring program for young men 7th grade through college.
